GWS | Good Word Society app for iPhone and iPad

GWS is an app to easily connect the Good Word Society community of volunteers, advisors and award nominees with the organisation by providing the latest news and updates about the award of Shaikh Isa bin Ali Al Khalifa for voluntary work. It also shows the schedule of side events and important parts of the event happening on the 3rd and 15th of September 2016

Award of Shaikh Isa bin Ali Al Khalifa for voluntary work: The award aims to achieve a set of objectives. It was created to honour the pioneers of volunteer work in the Arab world and to develop their expertise and their projects in the spotlight and among the volunteers from all Arab countries. It aims to spread the culture of volunteerism and highlight its role in the overall development of the Gulf and Arab communities. It will also contribute to the development of voluntary youth in the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Arab world.

Good Word Society: Good Word Society, a young civil institution, founded in 2002, by a group of young Bahrainis, who found that there is an urgent need to establish a new civil community to support the youth of Bahrain to do more voluntary work.

جائزة الشيخ عيسى بن علي آل خليفة: تهدف الجائزة إلى تحقيق مجموعة من الأهداف، مثل تكريم رواد العمل التطوعي في العالم العربي ووضع خبراتهم ومشاريعهم في بؤرة الضوء وفي أوساط المتطوعين من كافة الدول العربية ونشر ثقافة التطوع وإبراز دورها في التنمية الشاملة للمجتمعات الخليجية والعربية. والمساهمة في تطويرأ الأعمال التطوعية في مملكة البحرين والعالم العربي.


جمعية الكلمة الطيبة: جمعية الكلمة الطيبة، مؤسسة أهلية شابة، تأسست عام 2002م، على يد مجموعة من الشباب البحريني، الذين وجدوا أن هناك حاجة ماسة لتأسيس عمل أهلي جديد.
